Yes I realize Christmas was over 2 months ago

Please excuse my friend, she's a little slow...at posting about Christmas. But better late than never right?!? Lucky you I have plenty of time on my hands this tax season while Rusty slaves away at work all night that I can finally blog! So here is our amazingly awesome Christmas 2014 told from a million and one pictures!

To start off the season the kiddo's decorated their gingerbread house. I'm thinking they are going to each need their own next year because Soph was soooo particular about where she put things and Conner just threw stuff on and she was getting pretty perturbed.

Daddy and Conner made an Olaf!

As they were building it C kept saying he was so excited to knock it down.

Which he did.

Just before Christmas
The Sunday before Christmas. Luckily this was taken before church where Landon completely blew out his clothes and had to sit naked in sacrament meeting for 20 min while Rusty ran home to get him some spares and then projectial vomited all over anyone sitting next to me in relief society. Apparently he didn't feel well...but he looked cute before hand!

Christmas Eve
My parents and not so little little bro came to spend Christmas Eve at our house. I made my very first ham ever in my married career and we had a nice little dinner and did the usual Christmas Evey things

Like open PJ's

C was pretty stoked about his Jake jammies

Princess Sophia for Princess Sophie

Landon cared so much

Sophie copied every weird silly thing Conner did

posers

Then they got the swords out and beat daddy

hot chocolate and icecream. Then off to bed!

Santa!

Santa told me that this pirate ship was a pain in the buttotie to put together and he stayed up until almost midnight and might have said a few bad words (santa, not mrs. claus) in the process.

Christmas Morning! So we accidentally forgot to take lots of pictures and this is really the only one we have! Conner's fav was all of his tiny legos that he got.
A Christmas miracle, Landon loved Daddy for a few minutes! ;)
And this was my Christmas present. New bedroom furniture!!!!

Christmas morning cinnamon rolls

Up in Oakley
After Christmas morning we loaded up and went to Oakley to spend Christmas day with Rusty's family

The next day we went to Orem to see my family and Sister who had just gotten into town from Vegas with her cute little family and met my parent's new dog, Romeo!

After Christmas

Playing in the one and only snowstorm of the season that came on Christmas

I got sick for a few days right after Christmas and look at the fun that happened while I was out of commission! (and it was even more fun to clean up)
 Happy New Year's!
New Year's Eve was a lot of fun this year! we had a little party with just our family and rang in the new year at about 7:30 (which is totally pushing it for our kids. Especially Soph who usually goes to bed at 6!)

We Played the paper bag game (not sure if it has a different official name...) where you take a paper bag and have to pick it up with your only your mouth while keeping your knees straight (if you bend your knees, touch the bag, or fall you're out) and then cut off where you picked it up and it slowly gets smaller and smaller until there is only one person left.

Rusty even gave it the old Harvard try

Landon just hanging out in the exersaucer during all the shenanigans.

Me and Conner tied! We are pretty darn awesome

New year's Icecream!
Then we got ready for the count down!

So much fun Playing with the glow sticks.

After quite a few failed attempts, we finally got our perfect New Year's Fivie. Happy New Year all!
